Overview
Whatnot Show lets you manage live shows from Seller Hub and assign staff as hosts.

Open Whatnot hub → Whatnot Show.

Review upcoming and past shows.
- 3
Create a live show when needed, or open an existing show.

Assign a staff host — they receive a notification.
- 5
Staff accept or reject from Host Shows (assigned_shows module).
1. Create or pick show
Choose the show you need hosted.
2. Assign staff
Select a teammate with Host Shows permission.
3. Staff responds
They accept or reject from the Staff portal.
4. Go live
Accepted host opens the show from Seller Hub / Whatnot.
No response?
If a show stays pending, reassign another staff member from Calendar or Whatnot Show.
