By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or installing our Extension, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by staff or moderators you invite to your organization.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Seller Hub for commercial selling activity.

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase or as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law, marketplace rules, or third-party rights
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users of the platform
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Services
• Use the Services to distribute malware or engage in fraud
• Scrape or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law

Seller Hub may connect to third-party platforms such as Whatnot, TikTok Shop, payment providers, and authentication services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data practices of those providers. Features that depend on third-party APIs may change or become unavailable.

The Services, including software, branding, and content we provide, are owned bySeller Hub or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as product data and profiles). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific sales results, or that integrations will always sync without error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Hub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel a subscription according to your plan settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the Services.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
