Streamer checklist

   Finish organization setup and select your workspace.

   Open Agency → Subscription and activate a plan if prompted.

3. 3

   Go to Launch Pad (/seller) and connect TikTok Shop and Whatnot.

4. 4

   In Organization, create at least one staff role with the modules you need.

5. 5

   Invite a teammate and assign that role.

Staff checklist

1. 1

   Sign in with the invite credentials from your streamer.

2. 2

   Confirm your allowed modules appear in the sidebar.

3. 3

   Switch hub (Whatnot / TikTok) to match the work you are doing.

4. 4

   Open Clock In / Clock Out and start your session before ops work.

Moderator checklist

1. 1

   Complete Stripe Launch Pad so you can receive payouts.

2. 2

   Finish onboarding: public profile + availability.

3. 3

   Publish your profile so streamers can find you.

4. 4

   Watch Bookings and Team Chat for new hire requests.
