Overview

Many ops tabs (inventory, orders, moderators, calendar) require an active subscription. Manage it under Agency → Subscription.

Activate your plan to unlock marketplace features.

    Open Agency hub → Subscription.

  2. 2

    Review your current plan status.

  3. 3

    Choose a plan and complete checkout if inactive.

  4. 4

    Return to Whatnot or TikTok hub — gated menus unlock after activation.

Locked menus

If tabs redirect or show a paywall, your plan is inactive. Fix billing here before troubleshooting integrations.
